1. Introduction

Obi 1Way Future Finances ("we", "us", "our") provides financial education, coaching, and guidance.

We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and do not provide regulated financial advice.

By accessing our services, website, coaching sessions, or materials, you ("the client") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of Services

We provide:

• Financial education

• Budgeting guidance

• Savings frameworks

• Investment education (not advice)

• Long-term planning strategies

• Behavioural coaching

• Accountability and support

We do not provide:

• Personalised investment recommendations

• Pension advice or pension transfers

• Mortgage advice

• Legal or tax advice

• Money or investment management

• Any FCA-regulated activity

All financial decisions remain the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All services must be paid for in advance.

• Payments are non-refundable once coaching has begun.

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be done 24 hours prior to your session start time or you will lose that session without a refund.

• Missed sessions without 24 hours' notice will be forfeited.

• Programme fees are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate financial information

• Participate fully in the coaching process

• Take responsibility for their own decisions

• Seek FCA-regulated advice where required

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Financial losses of any kind

• Missed opportunities

• Market performance

• Decisions made by the client based on educational material

Clients should obtain professional advice before making investment or financial decisions.

6. Confidentiality

All client information is confidential and will not be shared unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, guides, PDFs, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Obi 1Way Future Finances.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate coaching with written notice.

Completed sessions will not be refunded.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
